Shipping policy

Where we ship: United States.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery: FREE standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days within the US after dispatch.

Tracking: A tracking link is emailed automatically once your order ships (allow up to 24 hours for it to update).

Lost or delayed packages: If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email support@pilotmain.com and we'll track it down or reship it free.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrectly entered address, but reach out and we'll do our best to help.
